I don't see any actual wounds on the girl. Aside from some blunt force trauma to her nose and mouth, I don't see anything that could account for that amount of blood.

Maybe it's the blood of a prior victim, and she was within close proximity when a throat was slashed, OR she fell down in a pool of blood, OR whatever ripped her hose was already drenched in blood.

finger nails ripped off, spitting blood, tounge cut, ears removed sadly humans are fraily and easily bleed in right circumstances >.<
