I believe the sign actually reads, "10 円 (入)" — which, when loosely translated using Serena's pose as context, basically means, "10 yen (per fuck)". Not Pokédollars.
('円', in this context, would be used to refer to the yen. Rather than 'circle' or 'round', which are its other meanings. (According to JWPce, anyway.))
As of this comment's posting, 10 yen ≈ 0.09¢ — so it's STILL a pretty good price…
Additionally, I just checked; the '(入)' DOES look a lot like the design on the floor of the Battle Maison where you enter* battles and such, but on the sign it's missing a minor detail: a large, filled quarter-circle spreading from the center of the 入 to about halfway out, and connecting only the 'top' and left lines.
*In fact, that's one of that kanji's meanings: 'enter'. 'Insert' is another of its meanings — which leads me to believe that the '(入)' on the sign is not the Battle Maison logo/emblem.
