Saber is a "King" herself as well, but looks like Gilgamesh doesn't give any Sh++s about this and just takes her like a Boss. Well, it is "War", right? And the Winner can do with the Loser whatever he wants. So Saber better gets used to her a Place as his Toy. :-P
