Nah, that's just the boob censor overlays being so 'Ontop' that even when her back is turned the censor is still there.

Basically it's kinda like tracking the censor face to her nipples and the overlay is basically ontop of EVERYTHING.

Also the 'Tee Hee' face she makes when all her clothes are gone seems like she likes it, I hardly rmember anything from the anime and haven't read anything other than the 'Gaiden' part of the manga so I remember very little about her character, aside from her yuri affinity towards that other character with the symbols for pupils.
