It was her failure in this, because she had so many chances to stop everything.
The bald dude who was "blackmailing" her into sex literally only had a video of her taking a piss. She could have slapped him, said no and gone to the cops for invasion of privacy. He then FILMED himself raping her, from two angles, with his voice in it. He then came in her; he had video evidence of the rape and left physical evidence inside of her.
He then raped her in a car garage, then in the bathroom of a park with kids running around while filming it. Actually, he filmed nearly everything, and even had other guys join in and her sister.
