This must be a reference to how in the dota games you can just sort of forcefeed your allies a potion.

Not sure what the thing is at the end, a tango perhaps? I guess Riven isn't hungry for trees.

CM: Oh and my shoes... Tranquil Boots*! :D
Riven: Eh?
Riven: *+5+5+5 regen* S-Stop! This is awful, I do not need health nor mana... this is unpleasant for a game like this.
