The only place that I know of that has them both RAW and translated is exhentai.com

In order to access the site however, you must first do a few things (which frankly it's worth it since the archive of H-doujins is downright exhaustive)

First: Register at the Ex-hentai forums

Second: Download the Ex-hentai plug in (Sorry firefox users, the plug in is broken for you, use Google Chrome instead)

Third: Log in via the plug-in with your forum UID and PW

Fourth: Be sure to bring several boxes of tissue and know when to stop fapping lest you have to explain to the doctor why you have no more skin on your penis

Also correction, it was Little girl 6 that he mentioned is health issues. There are a total of 7 doujins within the "little girl" series, which as I mentioned before, are positively delicious. My #1 favorite loli artist of all time, he never fails to please :)
