I never was able to get that Dragon Whisker whip drop. I got a couple of Dragon Lance drops, but never that damn whip.

Really? That's a pretty common drop! Not like the damn glass helmet, or the Artemis Bow, or hell trying to get an extra ribbon! I believe she's wearing the Minerva "plate" later called the Minerva bustier in the later games.
