Though Greninja should be able to outspeed Hawlucha in the first turn and use an Aerial Ace, Acrobatics or Extrasensory to take it out. If not dead, then Water Shuriken or Shadow Sneak the turn after.

@Rakun - Hawlucha has decent bulk where Greninja does not. Hawlucha would drop Greninja in one hit with basically any fighting type move.

252+ Atk Hawlucha High Jump Kick vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Greninja: 127-150 (44.4 - 52.4%) -- 21.5% chance to 2HKO

Yes Hawlucha does have decent physical bulk, but not so much on the special side, even with a mixed Greninja (that I'm currently running) a Hawlucha with no SP def investment has a good chance of falling to Extrasensory and a guaranteed OHKO with Ice Beam, and this is without item boosts.

Whereas a Hawlucha would need 2 hits to finish Greninja off if it were to use Extrasensory because of fighting resistance gained from transforming into a Psychic type via Protean.

But what if the Greninja didn't have that Protean ability, Hawlucha would need only one fighting type move to defeat a Greninja, like say a High Jump Kick, if that makes contact, kiss Greninja goodbye then.

And what respectable trainer wouldn't use Protean as it's ability if he/she had access to it (Unless you're using a really wonky Roleplay Greninja like I am)

Regardless, Greninja's are naturally faster than Hawlucha's. 122 vs 118 Base Speed. Unless the Hawlucha's packing a Scarf, Greninja would always OHKO the Hawlucha first, if it is.. then a physical Protean Greninja whose got Shadow Sneak would love to say hello to that High Jump Kick :)
