Oh, nice. Specifically speaking, just to point out a curious item, this is a special model...the AKS-74UBN, with the---...let's see if I can remember it right off the top of my head...TS-1 "Tishina". That's the grenade launcher, there.

The special thing is, it's a "suppressed" grenade launcher. It's basically a manually-operated bolt-action pistol that uses special blank cartridges to propel grenade rounds. The launcher itself is fed with blank cartridges by pistol-like magazine, while the grenade rounds are fed individually into the front. Load a grenade round, cycle the action, fire. Load another grenade round, cycle the action again, fire. Rinse, repeat.

And, of course, the rifle itself is fitted with a detachable suppressor, as well. Plus sighting equipment for the grenade launcher, recoil-absorbing butt-pad on the stock---... Very nifty for sudden and vicious surprise attacks at medium to close range...
