This is from the intro. of the series. Yuuka had just set off the bomb. So...she's busy doing that.

It makes technical sense, due to the statement made above, that Yuuka isn't in this shot. But I think it is a shame that she isn't, as this is probably one of the better-if-not best family-photo type group shots from the show, and Yuuka being in it would just make it that much better, as well as complete.
