So is Sakura, Rukia, and several other characters in various anime, but that doesn't stop people from drawing them with massive boobies. So, better advice is to sit back, relax, and enjoy the boobies regardless of size.

Most of the artwork of Jinx on this site has her with small breasts, so not sure what you're implying.

Different artists = different renditions. Some artists draw small-breasted characters with larger ones, and some draw large-breasted characters with small ones. It's all up to who's drawing what.

Anons 1,3....Welcome to the world of fanart. Those rules do not apply, so get over it. If you want canon, stick with official art and don't bother with sites like this. You should actually enjoy the different interpretations other artists have instead of ripping on the slightest variations from the norm.
