yes. he also has another gun that shoots giant seam rippers with enough force to embed them selfs in concrete so he can pin your arms to the walls.

thanks for answering that. now i really want to actually watch it just for the ridiculousness of that. sure the whole anime is exaggerated but that little bit about him made me laugh pretty hard.
