I mean, I get the 'hot dog' joke, but the bread also has sprinkles (with ketchup and mustard?!?), and it doesn't seem to be a bun as much as a large loaf that she smacked her dick onto.

I'm more interested why ketchup and mustard are laid out so strangely. It looks like the artist was going for the criss-cross pattern, but that's not how it should look at all.
