not sure why he got downvoted, but anon is right, this is a game called Vindictus.
The map on the left is where you go to start missions.

Anyways, someone did make a nude mod, naturally other players couldn't see it, but who cared, you got to see everyone running around randomly without pants/panties or shirts/bras lol
Though not sure if it would still work.

I think the Down-votes are simply because in foreign servers the game is called "Mabinogi: Heroes", but both are correct so it shouldn't matter honestly :/
