There's totally a "worst" Champion. They're not exactly the same so by simple logic, there has to be a "worst". His name is Wallace. Diantha gives him a run for his money on worthlessness though. After involving themselves in the games' plots and having actual personalities for this long, Diantha was boring as hell. Lysandre too, but we're not talking about him. Holy hell was she weak too, I intentionally didn't Super Train my Pokémon because I wanted a challenge and I STILL walked all over her ass. Not like Cynthia who was a one woman rape train.
