This would be truly wonderful- but I know that the rafflesia (flower behind her and what Vileplume is based on) wields a very powerful stench reminiscent of rotting meat.

On a completely different note- I thought that this was a very successful cosplay at first glance. Props to the artist.

Anon is right but since I'm pretty sure it's a Vileplume, it probably can smell good when it wants to? Kind of makes me wonder now...
