I know that for me, (yes I'd leap at this opportunity), the fact that whether I consent or not, I can't stop it is insanely hot. You have no freedom, no voice, no shame, no rights. You are not a person, you are a thing, the property of someone else.
I'd love that feeling of helplessness. And also, the second thing, that it would never stop. That's what takes this hotness even further. It's not that the slave can't make it stop. It's also that it will never end, no matter what. She's lost her limbs, and because of it, she will spend the rest of her life like this. Freedom is physically impossible.
This would be an interesting punishment system for a society. They could amputate girls who've committed crimes, and then use them as public cumdumps.
