Raiden has thrown a Metal Gear Ray (Which ways over a thousand tons) and can run on walls and out-run bullet trains. This was all before he got his new cyborg body. Now he can do that, and pick rip off the arm of a massive robot and duel with it and uses a sword that weakens the molecular bonds of whatever it cuts.
Yuugi is so screwed it isn't even funny.

I really doubt she could pick up a mountain. Without proof of your claim, I call bullshit.
Raiden can cut through buildings and machines meant to handle nuclear wars. That much physical strength behind a single sword would be way too much for Yuugi to handle; she'd get cut in two.
He can also flip over a giant robot, rip off its building-sized sword and then fight a duel with it. He then finished said robot off at blinding speeds.
He also has a mode called Zendatsu which slows down his perception of time from 50% to 90%, letting him precisely cut through just about everything.

Compare that to an immortal mythical being who is most definitely stronger, lifts boulders with but one hand (And that's somebody who is said to be physically weaker than Yuugi) and can take a blitzkrieg of magic to the face without dropping a tiny bit of sake from her dish and honestly Raiden is kinda at a huge disadvantage.
