To be disarmed, after getting stabbed in the back, even though she was trying to keep the situation from getting out of hand. She failed to grasp Ryuuko's power, which has left her handicapped. She did not have the intuition to hand her the information of how hard it would be to handle Ryuuko.

I think that wasn't too bad...
