This is pretty brutal. The weight of her arms will cause her to strangle her neck if she relaxes, but if she holds her arms up they'll eventually get tired. She's going to have to manage herself very carefully if she wants to get out of this one.

Are her arms really heavy enough that the weight of them would strangle her? I feel like they wouldn't be that heavy, it might be slightly uncomfortable but she could probably still breathe fine.
