The last comment totally changes this picture. It goes from "totally sick" to "this is how bad it can turn out if you misbehave". Sadly the point is lost when you see just a single picture.

Assuming the reference to the story is correct, then I dare to say that this is a way more realistic outcome than most loli eroge stories.
