"newhalf" is defined as "a female with a dick (and only a dick)", Light_. "futanari", on the other hand, is defined as "any character with both male and female genitalia".

If a character doesn't have both a penis and a vagina, they do not qualify for the "futanari" tag and should be tagged "newhalf" instead.
