Yes it's fanart of Harupia, Leviathan, Fefnir. Sad At the loss of the real Master X. If you played Zero 2 you would know why or even know the story. And on a side note Phantom's has helmet like mask covers the upper half of his face and has long horns kinda like Zero's.
