Now there's non-Japanese artists on Pixiv?
Pixiv is for the talented Japanese, tumblr and deviantart are for not talented to the semi-talented non-Japanese.

Yeah, no not really. There is a shit load of bad artists on pixiv. Don't think it's a treasure cove of elite artists, because it's not. Nice way of equating Japanese=good, too.
