There are 1boy AND 1girl tags... and then solo tag... what? I can forgive solo tags if it's just a disembodied limb or penis or something with the rest offscreen but this is clearly not solo...

The solo tag does not apply to images like this that have multiple versions of a character. Also, if the image has random limb in it, then use solo_focus instead.
