^This is almost ten years old, but I'm pretty sure the explicit rating was because of the nipple slip. I'm gonna change it back.

Wiki states pretty clearly Explicit is for exposed genitals/anus, explicit sex acts, sexual bodily fluids, and guro/extreme violence. Questionable is correct because there's only an exposed nipple.
