Mikuru = Asahina Mikuru from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. She wears a red bunny girl outfit in a episode of season one that is similar to this. Rinna isn't a "Mikuru ripoff", she is just a cute girl in a great outfit helping her boss with work, calling her a ripoff would be the same as saying "that dude has a sword three times as big as his body, what a fucking cloud strife ripoff!!".

Just the title alone tipped me off that this outfit is an homage to Mikuru's. Not a rip off per se.
