Er, need I remind everybody she used her psychic powers to destroy property and harm people, kidnapped innocent people, shrunk them, trapped them in a toy box, transformed them into inanimate objects including her own mother, may have done the same to many other pokemon trainers that failed to defeat her before Ash who since we dont see return to normal for all we know may have possibly been killed by her? YET still she is qualified to be Saffron City's gym leader?

Team Rocket are good people at least if we are talking about Jessie and James they helped charizard when he needed it most and they saved the entire world in the power of one. They are the most human characters in the series and are my personal favorite this goes for Meowth as well.
