That's a physical reaction. Enjoyment isn't necessary for hard nipples. It's like when someone taps your knee & your leg kicks even though you weren't startled or hurt.
Similarly, straight men get erections when being raped by other men even though they don't enjoy it. It's also possible, with enough persistence or the right circumstances, for a rape victim to unwillingly have an orgasm.
