Spoilers: sylveon wins. The quad weakness to fairy as well as sylveon resisting or being immune to both of hydreigon's STABs means this is a pretty unfair type matchup, and even a modest specs hydreigon using flash cannon can't OHKO a sylveon with minimal special bulk investment (barring criticals).
Cool picture, though; they're two of my favorite mons to use competitively.

Double Spoiler: Hydreigon wins in Inverse Battles. The quad weakness to fairy changes to quad effectiveness, making Hydreigon become immune to sylveons fairy type~ But I'm not a competetive player like Anon 1, so I leave it up to you guys~
