This .gif is alright really, but that would be awesome anons.
It helps if you know what you're doing when you make a .gif (though that only goes so far), but i'm getting tired of seeing buggy 30 or 40+ mb .gifs that take forever to load, IF they load.
It's becoming a problem all over the internet.

Webms are overrated. Not everything needs sound; sometimes the image alone is fine. I'd take a soundless GIF over a webm with sound anyday, especially considering for ones like this you'd need mute on all the time. Webms are also not nearly that much better than a GIF as you all imply.

Gifs have ugly compression. Get out of the stoneages of computers, man.
Animated PNG should be the new standard. The internets only going to get faster and harddrives and servers are only going to get bigger and better, so why stick to old things that make things look ugly when new things do what the old things could do but way better?
