To clarify, if the artist originally uploaded the image on Tumblr, then the tumblr blog post works just fine as a source link.
For everyone's future reference, though, direct links to the image are not source links. The source field is there for people to know where to go to find the image, not so that they can see the image again from a different server.
In this case, it appears that this image came in from Danbooru. Chances are they used Danbooru's direct upload feature, which will also automatically interpret direct links like this one into a link to the actual blog post when you view the image. On Gelbooru, we currently only have this implemented for Pixiv, so unfortunately images directly uploaded from other sites, such as Tumblr or DeviantArt, will not be parsed into links to the proper post page on Gelbooru. It's unfortunate, but there's nothing we can do about it at the moment. Chances are that support for these types of links will be implemented when Gelbooru 0.3 goes live.
For now, I've brought over the properly interpreted source link from Danbooru.

@ last anon.. Ignoring for the moment that this is art and fantasy; ..YES, Tatsu is a transexual who still has her dick. In RL, most trannies consider themselves female with a male body and would get the operations to be completely female if they could afford to. There ARE exceptions though (trans who want to keep their dick) for various reasons. Should this be 1 boy and 1 girl? Only by asking Tatsu can you be sure, but I agree with you for what it's worth (aka nothing). :)
Actually, thanks to the younger "brother" having female hips, ass and thighs, I think we're looking at two "chicks with dicks". <shrug>
