Being a trophy wouldn't be so bad. As long as I'm fed and taken care of, maybe given a touch of stimulation every now and then, I'd pe pretty content to live like this.

Well a catheter could easily run from the urethra and behind the plaque without being seen. I'm not sure what to do about #2...
