Glasses help you get a neat and focused image of what you're seeing, instead of it being all blurry. That does not change your ability to process whatever you're seeing. Remember Itachi's blurry eyesight just before his final fight against Sasuke ? Did it prevent him from performing very accurate attacks during the fight ? No.

Thing is, aside from the chakra perception, the Sharingan allows you to process visual information faster, which does not mean the image itself won't be blurry and thus require glasses. ;)
