That's only assuming he can put it down there. I'd imagine putting more mass on 'mini-me' all of a sudden could hurt or damage it. But I'm not a pro at ninja anatomy so maybe Chouji can go from average 5" to 12"+ in under a minute with no repercussions.

Anon 4, think about what you just said...
I'd think that suddenly putting more mass ANYWHERE could hurt or cause damage, and he does so regularly to every part of his body, like his arms, legs and even his whole body at once. This is Naruto physics and chakra, reality doesn't apply by default. Him adding mass to 'mini-me' wouldn't be any different than doing the same to his arm.

Yeah I know real world logic goes out the window but your shlong isn't as durable as your arm or leg or torso so it'd be more dangerous to do it to that part. -shrugs- But hey if he can do it he can do it so whatever.
