Really, just poking her upside her head? What an insult and anybody who thinks that it's a way of saying "i LuV yOu" is a liar, in denial, and should really get their head examined. I'm sorry but I'm just not buying it, these don't really have a connection other than it's popular.

@wassupmemez I don't know what the hell you're talking about but this gesture of tapping the forehead is something his brother did to him affectionately. So it is indeed a sign of affection for him and his brother.
