Hmmm, useless bitch...
- was ready to give up test to help Naruto's dream not being ruined
- tried to protect Sasuke and Naruto from obviously stronger opponents
- fought powerful Sasori with elderly woman
- sincerely wanted to become as strong as Sasuke and Naruto
- saved Hinata from certain death after the fight with Pain
- activated Byakugo at her young age and saved tons lives, while only being normal human without things like Uzumaki and Senju body, or without Sharingan, Byakugan, or Rinnegan
- done more useful thing than most of other of her classmates, and even older and more experienced shinobi than her
- forgave Obito even though he was her enemy
- punched quite good the most powerful being in Naruto series Kaguya, and helped seal her
Personally, I don't see how is she useless...
She was only bitch towards Naruto at the very beginning, but very soon she became one of his closest friends who treasured him greatly, but still, her love for Sasuke was another thing, and it's her own right to love and stay loyal to whom she wants.
From what we saw from the ending, and Sarada's reactions, Sasuke had become good husband and father who still travels a lot, but Sakura's love payed out in the end.
In any case, please, name me some women from series that aren't Kage level, who did more useful things for other people.

Well, if we're going to be honest, Karin would pretty much crush any girl in series aside from Sakura, that isn't Kage level.
She also has incredible healing ability, and sensor skills...
Not to mention she has Orochimaru's seal of approval - you know, the best villain in series who survived until the end.
When it comes to skills, Karin is, for her age, one of the best, but people forget that due to her personality...
