Rape is still not confirmed, but only plausible, removed rape tag for now.
Can we get a confirmation from the author or something?

Since she's grabbing his leg, I don't think she's asleep. So maybe not rape?

If she is asleep, she is unable to give consent and therefore rape

Suppose she's asleep because she's bored with his performance...might not be rape then.
Just an suggestion.

Eh... The rape tag is up but I feel like Id prefer this as consensual, so Im just gonna imagine it so... Wait. Is that immoral?

Considering you can be deprived of the ability to speak or move and still have legal sex or grope a sleeping lover without getting charged -- I'm sure having your wife telling you sleep sex is great or something along those lines would be fine too. Fucking a sleeping person doesn't sound that pleasurable though.

Hrrrmmm judging from the pills around her he may have drugged her..... :/

Still i like to think of this as a consensual "fuck me to sleep" type thing or a "waking up with sex" thing, which to me is quite romantic

@Anon 1, 4, and 5: Just because you are asleep, doesn't mean that it is rape. I'm not saying if you sleep with someone without consent while they are asleep that that's not rape, because that IS rape. But there is a thing where some people are into the "sex while asleep thing" and if couples discuss the subject, and agree that YES they give their full consent and will respect boundaries and use caution- then it is totally 100% consented- therefore not rape.
I'm not just assuming things tho, my best friend has done things like this, where they were asleep and where her partner was asleep.
