Futa is female, so it is not gay. Definitely so, it cannot be gay. For you to go into someone's mind and say "you knew it was a guy" is stupid, because you will never be able to determine that.
On another note, it can actually be considered okay to fuck a trap, crossdresser, or fag as long as three conditions are met: 1. you are wearing a condom. 2. The person you are fucking is wearing a condom. 3. The testicles do not touch (or, less likely, you wear something that prevents testicles from touching).
You can generalize these three conditions in one go: you are providing an extra layer of security between two people of the same gender. If you fuck a boy without a condom, then your genitals have touched and you are gay forever. If you suck a boy's dick when he wasn't wearing a condom, you are gay forever.
But if you include an extra layer (condom) between the two, it is not gay, and you are not a fag. If a male sucks a boy's dick while the boy wears a condom, you're not really sucking a dick. You're sucking a condom that has a dick inside of it. But strictly speaking, that male is not literally sucking a penis because the male's mouth is not touching the skin of the boy's penis, so the male is not gay, making everything okay.
Generalizing that further, it's not gay if it is defined to be a female, such as in cases of futanaris, newhalfs, and others. It simply does not matter if they look like a male, have a penis, or anything like that. This is because we have defined gay to be a (sexual?) attraction between two people of the same gender. If we define futanari to be female, then by the definition of the word gay, I'm not a fag because I fapped to it. Furthermore, if you even think this character is a futanari, then you have masturbated to it under the pretense of it being female. Had you known it was male, you would not have fapped to it or enjoyed it.
I am not gay, and I never will be. If the tags here said "1girl" or "futanari", then I could fap to this without being gay. This is from the definition of being gay. It isn't gay if it's between the opposite genders, or if you provide a layer of security between the two people of the same gender.

To further reinforce the fact that you are not gay if you fap to it under the pretense of it being a girl: if you kill somebody, but did not intend to kill them, you are not guilty of murder. To be guilty of murder, you must have intended to kill them. The act of the event and the intention of committing the act are both required to be guilty. So obviously, in order to be gay, not only do you have to participate in sexual activity with the same gender, you also have to do so with the intention of participating in sexual activities with the same gender in mind, intentionally so.

To further reinforce the fact that you are not gay if you fap to it under the pretense of it being a girl: if you kill somebody, but did not intend to kill them, you are not guilty of murder.
