You mean her school outfit? Actually, they got that right. Her school skirt is a long one so you're not going to see high enough to get above her thighhighs. Which is way her casual wear is what she's famous for.

Though I'll admit, the scene on the roof with lancer where she used the spell on her legs...at the angle and her movement you should have been able to see. lol maybe in the blu-ray?
