Yeah. The chara-design might look cute and all, but...
... but the moment you're looking at it realistically, it's really, really fucked up bit time. Between the monsters that can murder you in some hit, and those that can petrify you...
It's even more fucked up if you put reality into the mix, because, yeah, look a Sunoko's picture, that's how it should happens, one hit from those creature, and you're dead.
No casual mode in real life kiddos, that's probably why people didn't liked casual and Untold, because you didn't had the impression to be an hardass explorers anymore, just a bunch of anime troped in some another anime adventure.
... Don't make me say what I didn't say please, I have nothing against those.

Because... That's really fucked up, ans dumb.
Or even the positive things. Realisticaly, the Medic/Monk could actually cure petrification, decay, curses, and even (likely very messy) death, even at the fire of the moment. Just how do you do that ? Same with the items, it's like Phoenix Down from FF, it's freaking weird.
