Oddly enough, this stuff is not so impossible.

There are performers that do suspend themselves using hooks sligthly dofferents, usually in an higher plasce, above the tits.

Also, the hooks are made with a flatter oart resting inside the body, to share the weight more evenly in the wholo length of skin that is stressed.

I suspect the choice of the podition is made, not only to avoid the fat tissues of actual tits, but also to de-sexualize the act, as these persons see themselves as performance artists rather than batshit-crazy masochist pornographers.

Anyway, even with this caveat, the real time version is pretty awesome
