Yep, that is Hisaka Yuri from Bokuten, I can see that from the classroom, school attire, and panties. The hair and eyes also match. Sad it has been here since 2015 without being tagged with character and copyright. Thus I'm adding the tags, should be the right thing to do.

Also, why have the "overdrive" purple tag exist if it is rarely used?? 43 Bokuten entries but only 9 overdrive entries.
