It's for censorship, notice the blurry texture of the transparent plastic piece. Clever, really(vagoos have to be pixellated in Japan). I want one....

It's available as a resin figure (I got mine from E2046). Comes with two choices of lower body, only one of which is transparent. I'm here trying to figure out how the tentacles go together... Dang photocopied Japanese garage kit instructions.
