The guns don't fire bullets, just a type of non-lethal anti-matter laser than instantly vaporizes any non-organic matter it hits such other guns and weapons (And since this is a fanservice series, that also includes the any girl's clothes...)

So if you're going to say non-organic matter, that means you're using chemistry terms now.
Organic matter is any molecule that contains carbon - regardless of whether it's ever been alive or part of an organism. This means that any type of clothing you can think of is almost guaranteed to be organic matter - the very definition of plastics is that they're made with carbon.
Additionally, any steel that uses carbon (i.e. basically steel in general) is organic matter as well.
