For those who can't read japanese, I will translate the only joke that this comic has: Ranko says "Yuuki no Oujou", which means Snow Queen. In small letter says "Ari no mama de", which means "just like it is" (or "be yourself", by the context), and it's the japanese title for the song "Let it go". Now, get the reference? Even Rin got the reference.
