It could be any number of reasons:
1. You might have a "frail/sick girl" fetish where you're attracted to sickly frail girls. A flu mask is just one indication of this archetype character.
2. It may be an offshoot of a gag fetish where you're attracted to gagged girls. Though not effective as a gag, a flu mask still creates the same mouth/face coverage a large cloth gag would.
