The shadowed individual to Shalltear's left is speculated to be the Area Guardian of the Cherry Blossom Sanctuary. All we know about her at present is that she resides on the 8th floor and that Momonga entrusted her with safeguarding the Staff of Ainz Ooal Gown.

for me the the shadowed individual is the 7° sister of the battle maid pleyades (yes they are seven and not six) because in the novel is the only sister that not showed yet, and she is the leader of the battle maid but she is not present because ainz ordered to resguard something
