Probably because those guys are usually (but not always) the bad guys seen raping girls in eroge. Basically, you'll most likely need to look for eroge, anime that are borderline hentai, or hentai itself to find those guys.

I have not seen this show yet, but I'm willing to bet this girl isn't his girlfriend and he barely knows her. If this is the case, then I don't think his reaction is unreasonable in anyway. Bell knows Hestia quite well at the start of the manga n stuff.
